Crafting Green Workshops Return
I'll be returning home from my travels in August and will be available for group or one-on-one Crafting Green workshops for adults and kids in the Ottawa/Kingston areas. Please contact me via comments or by email (recycle_eh@yahoo.ca) if interested. Crafting Green workshops can be hosted in your own home for one-on-one classes or for a group of friends. Workshop is free if hosting a group in your own home. Why not celebrate a special day with a creative workshop? Great gift idea, too.

Parents, teachers, child care workers, kids, enjoy a fun day at our Crafting Green workshops. Learn how to recycle ordinary household items into something artistic, imaginative, and functional. Whether it's old magazines, greeting cards, CDs, junk mail, or plastic or glass, reusing materials helps keep waste out of landfills, lakes and oceans. During these step-by-step workshops, you'll learn how to recycle stuff you normally toss, and take home a completed item. You'll leave the workshops with the knowledge of the endless possibilities of trash, and a whole new way of looking at it. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Doesn't it make sense then, if you care about the environment, to use what you already have to create something new; one thing less piling up in our landfills, cluttering up our roadsides, or posing a threat to nature?
